This Plastic PP Sheet Production Line Maachine is specially designed for mono/multi Layer sheet for packing indrustry. The technology of "Single Screw extruding with low dew-point dehumidifying system " for high quality products in high transparency without buddle, which will be very important for thermoforming.

FEATURES:
1. Screw with special mixing and plasticization function.
2. Coat hanger T-type die head with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately.
3. Horizontal. vertical, 45 degree incline type 3 Roller Calendars may be lifted freely, sheet thickness shall be regualted by screw and pressing roller.
4. Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness.
5. Exact slicing machine, excellent cross surface.
6. Winder with big torque motor, and it's speed and tension force adjustable.
