1.PRODUCTION LINE

PVC double pipe production line is developed for high output of double pipe extrusion together.
The main machine, SJSZ-51/105 ,SJSZ-55/120, SJSZ-65/132conical twin-screw extruder, is equipped with double-tube single-control stainless steel spraying calibration which avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double pipe haul-off and cutter unit is combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible.
The machine with energy efficient conical twin-screw extruder and through special mould one-time extrusion two piece of PVC pipe, effective energy conservation, can improve the production and efficiency, save land and labor costs.
The diameter of the extruded pipe is from 16-63mm. It can fully use the extruding capacity of the extruder.
