Effect:
1. Degradation of organic matter: MBBR uses microorganisms on the biofilm to degrade organic matter in wastewater, including organic matter and dissolved organic matter in sewage. Microorganisms form biofilms by attaching to flowing fillers, and grow and metabolize on these fillers.
2. Pollutant removal: MBBR has a high removal efficiency for pollutants in wastewater. Through the microbial activity on the biofilm, MBBR can remove pollutants such as ammonia nitrogen, nitrate, phosphate, etc., and effectively purify the water body.
3. Strong processing capacity: MBBR can flexibly increase or decrease the number of fillers according to needs, so as to adjust the processing capacity of the reactor. It is suitable for small to large water treatment systems and can handle fluctuations in flow and load.
