Product Description

This machine is mainly composed of pre-crystallization drying system, (single-screw extruder or parallel twin-screw extruder can be selected), hydraulic screen changer, melt metering pump, coat hanger die Head, three-roll calender, cooling traction bracket, double-station winding device, etc.

Mainly used in the production of plastic sheets such as PET, PP, PS (blister sheets), and blister sheets for packaging products such as food, medicine, containers, and liquids.

Application
1) After vacuum forming, it is used for food packaging, toy boxes, gift boxes, electronic product packaging, etc.
2) Folding molding is used for clothing lining collars, decorative materials, folder covers, etc.
3) Special purpose for medical equipment, pharmaceutical packaging, industrial anti-corrosion protection, etc.
