1.Product Description

wpc/pvc ceiling/wall board production line is composed of tapered twin-screw extruder vacuum shaping platform,tractor,cutting machine and stacker.
The whole production line basically realizes full automation, simple and easy to learn, and fast in operation.

 

 

2.Characteristic:
The machine is used for pollution WPC decoration product, which is widely used in house and public decoration field, features non-polution, long service lifetime, heat insulation, anti-fire, easy clean and maintanance, easy change and recycleable. It can be high quality decoration material for ceiling, door frame, window frame, sound proof and heat insulation.

3.Extruder speed and haul off speed controlled by ABB TECO frequency converter, saving power and easy adjusting speed.
4.Extruder temperature adopt PID control, temperature fluctuation self adjusting, it realize the high automatic level.
5.The Caco3 filler can up to 200phr, formula cost is greatly reduced.
6.Equipped with infrared tracking device which can eliminate the problem of fluctuation of extrusion flow rate, further can make sure get best product.
7.Lower power consumption,it can save 25-30% electrical power consumption .
8.With online hot stamping, easy operation, saving labour.


Profile products are customized according to drawings, different shapes have different mold prices. One piece of equipment can be equipped with multiple sets of different molds.

After Service:
- After all machines are delivered to customer's factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply,
water supply, labors and cranes, etc.

- Trusty will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.

- The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated,

- Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.

- If buyer doesn't request installation and commissioning by Seller's engineer in 4 months since date of bill of lading, which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by buyer.
