Product Description

WPC furniture board machine is applied to produce PVC foam board with width 915mm to 1830mm, thickness 3mm to 40mm, and with very rigid surface, surface hardness can reach 55-80HRC, which are mostly used for advertising, cabinet, furniture board, consution template and so on.

PVC powder +additive → mixer →SJSZ series extruder →mould →Vacuum calibration cooling platform →cooling rollers and edge-cutting device →Haul off →Cutter→stacker
