Product Description
This dual-strand extrusion line can produce two PVC/UPVC pipes at the same time, widely used for electrical conduit, water supply & drainage pipes (12-63mm).
Equipped with conical twin-screw extruder, independent dual vacuum tank, separate haul-off & cutting system. Each pipe speed adjustable individually, stable plasticization, uniform wall thickness.

Machine List
The matched crusher and milling machine are designed to process leftover pipe scraps from production. Firstly, waste pipes are shredded into particles below 10mm by the crusher. Afterwards, the milling machine further grinds these fragments into uniform fine powder that meets the feeding standard of the PVC extruder. The recycled powder can be mixed with new raw materials and reused in the two-cavity pipe production line to lower your raw material cost effectively.
The mixing system consists of hot mixer and cooling mixer for two-step processing. During hot mixing, high-speed stirring discharges moisture inside PVC recycled powder and evenly blends all materials. After hot mixing, materials are transferred to the cooling mixer to rapidly cool down to a stable proper temperature. Cooled powder can be fed into the extruder safely, effectively avoiding material carbonization caused by overheating during extrusion.

High-efficiency conical twin-screw extruder adopts optimized screw structure and segmented temperature control, which ensures uniform heating of PVC powder throughout plasticization process and thoroughly prevents material carbonization.

It enables rapid cooling and sizing of extruded pipes within a short period. Under negative vacuum pressure, the pipe is tightly attached to the precision sizing sleeve, fulfilling production requirements of smooth inner & outer surfaces and uniform wall thickness without eccentricity.
Equipped with double-track haul-off machine and cutting unit. The double-track haul-off system provides stable and firm clamping for small-size PVC pipes, avoiding deformation and slipping. The precision cutter guarantees perfectly smooth and flat cutting ends without burrs.

1. After the machines are finished, the seller will test all machines before shipment. If the buyer can not come to test the machine, we will test the machines and send the sample to buyer.
2. After shipment, the seller will send one or two technicians to the buyer' s factory to help the buyer install the machine and train workers for buyer.
3. We will supply all electricity drawing, machine installation drawing.
4. When make shipment, we will put some spare electricity parts for free, like the barrel hearers, thermcouples, breakers, relays, and other items which is easier broken.

Customers need to pay 30% total value as T/T deposit. The 70% balance can be paid via T/T or irrevocable sight L/C before delivery.We accept USD, EUR, CNY, RUB for payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Trade terms: FOB Qingdao or CIF your destination port.5.2 Lead time: 30-60 working days after receiving the deposit, we will inform you to inspect the machines. After full payment is received, we will finish packaging and prepare for shipment within 15 working days.
6. After-Sales Warranty
6.1 Warranty time: 12 months starting from the arrival of machines at your warehouse.6.2 Free service and free spare parts are provided for the whole machine within the warranty period.6.3 We offer lifelong maintenance service. 7. Machine Inspection
After production is finished, we will invite you to inspect the machines in our factory before delivery. We ensure all equipment is in good working condition and bear the testing material cost. You can come to our factory personally or appoint a third party to conduct inspection.
8. On-Site Installation & Commissioning
We can send our technical team to your factory for line installation and commissioning upon your request. You shall be responsible for engineers' round-trip tickets, accommodation, catering and other expenses, as well as a service charge of 120 USD per day per engineer.
