1.Production Introduction

PE water supply pipe production line adopts high efficiency extruder. The screw adopts structure with barrier and mixing head.And the barrel adopts new type slotting barrel, good plasticizing and mixing efficiency.It has large extrusion quantity and it's very stable.

PE water supply  pipe production line has a large diameter thick wall pipe design of spiral die head.And the die head has the characters of melt temperature, mixing performance, low cavity pressure and stable production.

PE water supply pipe production line adopts the special technology of sizing and cooling system, using water film lubrication and water ring type cooling, to ensure the stability of diameter and roundness of the high-speed production of thick wall pipe.

(1)After the machines are finished, the seller will test all machines before shipment. If the buyer can not come to test the machine, we will test the machines and send the sample to buyer.
(2)After shipment, the seller will send one or two technicians to the buyer' s factory to help the buyer install the machine and train workers for buyer.
(3)We will supply all electricity drawing, machine installation drawing.
(4)When make shipment, we will put some spare electricity parts for free, like the barrel hearers, thermcouples, breakers, relays, and other items which is easier broken.
