The advantages of this production line lie in its capability to manufacture large-diameter PVC pipes for drainage and other applications, and it is equipped with an efficient and stable conical twin-screw extruder.All process machines on the production line guarantee stable output even for large-diameter pipes, with efficient cooling and precise cutting performance.
 

The cooling system of the production line is equipped with a vacuum sizing tank and cooling water tank, which enables rapid cooling and shaping even for large-diameter pipes.
 

For the recycling of PVC pipe waste, we can equip a crusher and a pulverizer to convert waste materials back into raw materials. The crusher shreds waste into fragments smaller than 10 mm.

 

The pulverizer grinds the fragments under 10mm into powdery PVC material qualified for feeding into the extruder.

After Sales Service

1. After the machines are finished, the seller will test all machines before shipment. If the buyer can not come to test the machine,      we will test the machines and send the sample to buyer.
2. After shipment, the seller will send one or two technicians to the buyer' s factory to help the buyer install the machine and train        workers for buyer.
3. We will supply all electricity drawing, machine installation drawing.
4. When make shipment, we will put some spare electricity parts for free, like the barrel hearers, thermcouples, breakers, relays,        and other items which is easier broken.

4. Payment Conditions

Customers need to pay 30% total value as T/T deposit. The 70% balance can be paid via T/T or irrevocable sight L/C before delivery.We accept USD, EUR, CNY, RUB for payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Trade terms: FOB Qingdao or CIF your destination port.5.2 Lead time: 30-60 working days after receiving the deposit, we will inform you to inspect the machines. After full payment is received, we will finish packaging and prepare for shipment within 15 working days.

6. After-Sales Warranty

6.1 Warranty time: 12 months starting from the arrival of machines at your warehouse.6.2 Free service and free spare parts are provided for the whole machine within the warranty period.6.3 We offer lifelong maintenance service. After warranty, we still provide technical support, and you only pay for the spare parts you need.

7. Machine Inspection

After production is finished, we will invite you to inspect the machines in our factory before delivery. We ensure all equipment is in good working condition and bear the testing material cost. You can come to our factory personally or appoint a third party to conduct inspection.

8. On-Site Installation & Commissioning

We can send our technical team to your factory for line installation and commissioning upon your request. You shall be responsible for engineers' round-trip tickets, accommodation, catering and other expenses, as well as a service charge of 120 USD per day per engineer.
