Nylon Monofilament Extruder.The machine can produce different size of monofilament yarn,widely used for fishing line.The machine has the characteristics of simple operation,easy maintenance,high output and high stability.

Product Features
PLC man-machine interaction interface:realizing intelligent operation of touch screen; realizing the functions of monitoring the operation status and parameters setting in mobile APP.

The 38CrMoALA high-strength alloy steel screw barrel and screw rod treated with nitrification are combined with the length-diameter ratio of 33:1 to make the raw materials have good plasticization, high extrusion pressure, uniform diameter, corrosion resistance and wear resistance.

Novel die head structure, equipped with high efficiency, energy saving filter device, make the operation more simple.

Add metering pump to the machine head, so that the pressure is stable, the raw materials are better plasticized, and the spinneretting is even.

Set up joint adjustment and linkage device for the main engine and traction to realize synchronous adjustment of speed, stable process and easy operation.

The tractor adopts helical gear transmission, point-to-point centralized lubrication, low noise, large transmission torque, stable performance and long service life.

Hot and cold water tank and stretch roller are made of 304 stainless steel, beautiful and corrosion-resistant.

Fan cooling,accurate temperature control.

The rewinding is carried out by the torque motor and combined with the torque governor to make the product force balanced and arranged beautifully;The use of smooth rod wire, winding stable low noise, energy saving.
