Vacuum feeder:SJ-60/38 SJ-45/33 basic machine, the use of 38:1high efficient extrusion screw makes it low energy consumption and high output.The motor uses Inovance Servo, Inovance controller,which can save 20-30percent of the electricity & Imported Gnord high torque reducer and Walth Gravimetric Control System can accurately control the material,unifom wall thickness,intelligent automation & Germany Siemens plc control system
& Human-computer interaction interface.

 

The machine head adopts ABA stratification structure, which can produce 20-110mm pipes, and the stratification ratio is 10%-15% + 70%-80%+10%-20%
& 20-32 Disc sleeve, water cooling high speed.

 

9m vacuum chamber: two 4kw vacuum pumps, 5.5kw water pumps, which can make it control automatic constant temperature , automatic drainage and replenishment.

 

9m spray water chamber: 7.5kw high power water pump, which can quickly cool pipe products &2 sets.

 

Traction machine: the belt type high-speed traction machine, the motor adopts Huichuan four-volt control, which can ensure the smooth and stable traction & Cutting machine: adopts double cutting mode,
20-32mm adopts flail knife, 40-110mm adopts
chip-free cutting mode.

2- The copper bush is more wear-resisting and prevent material leakage which can guarantee a stable running   of extruder.

4- Unique design (barrier, shearing and mixing zone) guarantees a uniformed plasticizing effect, and can reduce the pressure on the screw which guarantees a high speed and stable output capacity.
